Vienna Man "Stable, but Critical" After Farm Accident
A Vienna volunteer firefighter is in "stable, but critical" condition after he was badly burned in a farm accident, Assistant Fire Chief Kenny Calhoun says.
Lee Harris, Jr. was working on a piece of farm equipment Monday afternoon when he got sprayed with fuel and it ignited.
He was immediately rushed to the Medical Center of Central Georgia and then transported to the burn center in Augusta.
Over 70 percent of his body was consumed.
Calhoun says the accident was not related to work with the fire department.
